SAY HELLO TO VICTORIA, THE NEWEST MEMBER OF CLICKTHROUGH'S FINANCE TEAM

Today we're welcoming a new member to the ClickThrough finance team! Our new Finance Executive, Victoria Adams, joins us having previously worked in the transport sector - we got to know a bit more about our new colleague.

When did you join ClickThrough?

I joined ClickThrough in mid-May, 2021

What does your role at ClickThrough involve?

I have joined the Click Through team to directly support the assistant finance manager

What’s your background?

In my most recent job, I worked in the road haulage industry, where I have spent the last 8 years. An ever changing industry that I really enjoyed. In this role I dealt with all of the companies finance. But I wanted to get back into my roots of finance and I am really looking forward to my role at Click Through.

What do you love about your role at ClickThrough?

I love the fast paced environment and constantly changing tasks in the finance department. I am excited to be joining a finance team, that is looking to build and develop to help ClickThrough grow as a business.

What do you like about ClickThrough and its culture?

Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you out! There is a real family feel to Clickthrough and team spirit, which I love.

If you hadn’t gone into marketing, what would your other career option be?

This is my first job in the industry of marketing!! I am learning lots about the fascinating world that is marketing though and really enjoying it. I have spent the previous years in my career in education and then most recently in the transport industry.

If you could trade places with any other person for a week, who would it be and why?

This is a tough question!! There are so many interesting and fascinating people in the world.  But I have always loved to follow the story and life of Kate Middleton, joining the royal family, adapting to how everything within the royal family works and now all the fantastic work they do not only in the UK but around the world. I think it would be fascinating to experience this.

What do you do in your spare time?

I love to go walking with my Labrador and I love travelling round the world, experiencing new cultures with my husband. I love going out to socialise with friends. I am a field hockey player for local team Cannock!
