It's that time again! This month we're celebrating our Business Support Officer, Victoria Michalska, who is our December employee of the month!

Congratulations to our December Employee of The Month - Victoria Michalska

Vic has been at ClickThrough for over 2 and a half years and provides invaluable support to all across the business, this is the second time she has been recognised for her contribution and this is a credit to her and her commitment to take on new challenges and learn how better to support the business and our clients, especially in the finance function. Being her manager is a delight and having confidence and trust in her enables us to deliver support, and drive employee engagement through events, activities, support emails, gifts and so much more.

I am the Business Support Officer and I'm responsible for supporting the business in all areas across HR, Finance and Operations.

I have gained so much from my time at CTM, I have a great work life balance and have also grown in confidence. Further to this, I have also learned so much! From increased knowledge of the digital marketing industry, new applications and platforms to more efficient finance processes.
