CONGRATULATIONS TO LUKE, OUR LATEST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

We may be slightly behind on this one, but it's not too late to congratulate our June Employee of the Month - Luke Pritchard!

Luke has been with ClickThrough for nearly four years, after joining our CRO and Analytics team as an apprentice in 2017. Luke was awarded Employee of the Month after the consistently high standards of work he provides to his clients led directly to business growth in June.

"I think Luke works incredibly hard every month, achieving great results for clients which sometimes goes unrecognised due to the high standards he has set. Luke has built up an incredible amount of trust and respect from his clients which has enabled him to grow not one, but two retainers this month. These two increases have not just come about because of the work he has done in the last month but are a result of his efforts in the last 12 months since taking more of a leading role in the team."

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT CLICKTHROUGH?

I’m a UX & Conversion Designer. My role is to design and optimise websites to maximise conversions, enhancing user experience – and ultimately, make websites work harder for their businesses. I work on a large variety of clients, leading and delivering on conversion rate optimsation strategies.

WHAT DO YOU INTEND TO SPEND YOUR WINNING VOUCHER ON?

What do I intend to spend? I’ve already spent it! 😉 I’ve been getting back into my old craft hobbies recently to get away from screens, so I picked up a bunch of paints, spray cans and sculpting equipment! (… I very nearly bought a 3D printer though 😉… )

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT CLICKTHROUGH?

Relationships with my colleagues and clients are great, and I love being able to work across so many different sectors. (The cake care package was also a huge plus 😊).

WHAT HAVE YOU GAINED FROM WORKING AT CLICKTHROUGH?

During my near 4 year employment at ClickThrough, it's been a great place for me to grow both professionally and personally. From when I joined as an apprentice, I’ve grown massively and a lot of that has been down to how I’ve been nurtured and developed. From leading CRO strategies, to supporting on developing a brand new product offering from its conception – Data-led Design, I’ve had the chance to be a part of so many great things.
