This month, our coveted employee of the month award went to Philippa Amberton. We got to know Philippa and found out more about her role at ClickThrough.

We caught up with Philippa to find out a little bit more about her, and how her role fits in at ClickThrough.

First up – can you tell us a little bit about your role here at ClickThrough?

I’m a Client Director here at ClickThrough Marketing. I’m responsible for owning the strategic growth for clients - through retention, exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships. I work with the Head of Client Services to ensure we are delivering a best-in-class client experience.

What is your favourite part of the role?

My favourite part of the role is strategy development. I love working with the clients to align with their commercial objectives to deliver rich and valuable results.

What did you do before you joined ClickThrough?

I was client side before I joined ClickThrough. I was the Digital Marketing Manager for an FMCG.

What would you say you have gained from working at ClickThrough?

Working at ClickThrough has given me a lot more digital understanding of each service. Rather than just knowing a little about everything, working with specialists has improved my knowledge in all departments. I really like knowing that there is always someone that knows the answer to any question I may have.

What three words would you say describe you?

Fun, Enthusiastic, and Friendly.

What do you plan to spend your voucher on?

I’ve chosen my voucher for Marks & Spencer, wine and jumpers are in my basket currently!
