We caught up with Jack to find out a little bit more about him, and how his role fits in at ClickThrough.
I’m a PPC Specialist. My role is to look after the PPC strategy and direction for our clients, on both Google and Microsoft search engines. I devise strategies and report back with detailed analysis of the impact they have had.
I really enjoy trying new ideas, new campaign types, and new strategies. It shows that we are being innovative and helps us engage with our clients.
I was a digital marketing executive at an agency in south Manchester, and my role there was much broader than my current role. I worked on the organic and paid social, as well as PPC. It was much smaller than ClickThrough, the whole agency was around the same size as ClickThrough’s Digital Paid Media team!
I’ve gained an unbelievable amount of knowledge since joining ClickThrough, especially PPC knowledge. I have also gained confidence in my ability and speaking with clients, it’s not something I had done much of before so I’ve seen a huge improvement there too.
It’s really nice seeing how appreciated my hard work has been, especially through November for Black Friday. The strategies I’ve put in place for our clients have been really well received and to see that my colleagues also notice the hard work is a really rewarding feeling.
Easy going, Determined, and Organised.
I’m not sure yet, last time I got an Amazon voucher as I’m always buying things from there. Potentially a Wagamama voucher as I’m obsessed with Wagamama at the moment!
I think the main thing for me about ClickThrough is the team spirit and environment, and the whole ethos. I’m part of the Digital Paid Media team and we are just one big family, everyone is so supportive. It was a change from my last agency and really positive that everyone is so close.
