Read moreThis month, our coveted employee of the month award went to Eryn Dunn. We got to know Eryn and found out more about her role here at ClickThrough.
Announcing our employee of the month is always an exciting time for us at ClickThrough. This month, the award and coveted mug goes to Client Manager, Eryn Dunn!
“Eryn is always eager to learn and develop her digital marketing skills and she always goes above and beyond. Her confidence and knowledge have grown considerably since joining us here at ClickThrough.”
We caught up with Eryn to find out a little bit more about her, and how her role fits in at ClickThrough.
I’m a Client Manager, I help with the day to day correspondence with our clients and help manage the teams, while implementing new strategies. My team build strategic, long term relationships across multiple clients, while also collaborating with the in-house SEO, DPM and CRO teams to ensure delivery of multi-channel strategies across the client base.
Building the relationships with clients. I find that when you build a relationship, everything is easier, challenges don’t feel like challenges when you know what the client wants.
I was an Account Manager within a B2B company, and the role had a marketing aspect to it too. I also do content creation and email marketing, I love the creative side of marketing.
I wouldn’t be where I am or have the knowledge I do without ClickThrough. I’ve learned so much from being here, I’ve always joined in with other teams and sat in on meetings to learn more about every side of digital marketing. My digital knowledge has grown massively, and I now have the confidence (and knowledge) to help guide my clients to what I think would work best for their business on their budget. When I first started I was a bit clueless on what channels worked best or what projects to suggest to clients, whereas now I know I can use my knowledge to help clients get the best results possible. My manager Lee has been a huge support for me and has definitely helped get me to where I am today!
Enthusiastic, Positive and Determined.
I do these work outs with a company called Barry’s, it’s really expensive but I love them. So I’ve got my voucher for there so I can put it towards more classes.
Definitely just apply, it’s an amazing company to work for. The support you get within the company is amazing, you’re always growing so if you want to grow within your career applying at ClickThrough the best step you could take!
